Return policy - Holidays

For the 2023 holiday season, the valid period for the r Reimbursement remains 30 days, following the date of purchase upon presentation of the invoice. Valid only for regular priced items, if the item is still in its original packaging and has not been used.

However, the valid period for exchanges for holiday purchases (made from November 15, 2023), will be extended until January 30, 2024 .

Please note that in the event that you return a gift, using a gift receipt, the refund will always be made through a virtual gift card.

All items can only be exchanged or refunded in person at our store at 2356 rue Beaubien Est in Montreal. Be sure to keep your original invoice (email, text or printed) and the item you want to return to make the transaction easier.

Returns on sale items will not be accepted. Plants are not refundable or exchangeable. Shipping costs are not refundable. Gift cards are non-refundable.

All refunds will be made to the original method of payment.

You can cancel your order online as long as we have not sent you shipping confirmation.

If you have not received a shipping confirmation email, the email may have ended up in your spam folder, please check it before contacting us.

*Regarding the Christmas promotional offer from December 13 to 24, 2023 (in store only): Please note that all transactions qualifying upon receipt of a gift card will not be eligible for reimbursement. Only exchanges of the same value or more will be accepted. The gift card offered will be valid from January 9, 2024.
