Hélène Mallette and Mathieu Lachapelle are the founders of Holiyay Puzzles. Before this, eight years ago they created Dinette, an independent magazine that won awards for its storytelling, art direction, and photography. Their passion for design and puzzles led them to this new project.
Hélène, a puzzle enthusiast since childhood, finds refuge from stress and modern chaos in puzzles. She wanted a puzzle that combined quality and aesthetics, something difficult to find on the market. Together with Mathieu, they tested and analyzed numerous puzzles, created prototypes, and collaborated with artists from around the world.
