There is often an emphasis on old varieties. But from these, today's seed companies are creating real new little gems. This collection brings together the creations of Quebec seed companies. It is intended to be a tribute to their absolutely essential work in safeguarding our heritage and developing food biodiversity. The varieties in this box are not always stable since they are quite recent. It is therefore possible that surprises will appear!
