Paperspree

PaperSpree is a Canadian brand of traditional craftsmanship and modern design, specializing in recycled leather products and “tree-free” stationery. The brand only works with materials with a positive ecological footprint, often waste from other industries, notably those from the fashion industry which makes it possible to create a range of plastic-free handmade paper. Each production step is handmade and designed to save water and energy and eliminate toxic pollution.

Paperspree also uses leather waste by mixing it using natural rubber to make new sheets, as well as bio-leather. This is obtained from banana fibers (Musa) and sheep wool. Banana fiber is a post-harvest waste and sheep wool is a by-product of the agricultural industry.

The company also meets several United Nations goals, such as safeguarding livelihoods and gender equality, and transforming cities into a green economy.
