Virginie Laliberté is a cabinetmaker artist based in Montreal, who works with wood and ceramics to create unique, organic and minimalist works.

Above all, she values ​​the authenticity that wood represents and, in the same spirit, the beauty of clay that she keeps natural, raw and organic. She uses native woods from Quebec such as maple, black walnut and cherry. She revisits marquetry techniques, the wood wheel and the potter's wheel, shaping, molding, assemblies, and sculpture.
