1. Item availability and processing time
We promise to process your order within 24 hours of payment. Delivery time may vary depending on availability and origin of items. A tracking email will be sent to you following processing of your order to inform you of an approximate delivery date.

“DDD Durable Design Inc.” cannot, however, be held responsible for non-compliance with estimated delivery times. When a supplier informs us that an item on order is no longer available, the customer receives a notification by email or telephone as soon as possible.

2. Products:
The colors of the products presented on this website have been reproduced as faithfully as possible. However, because the colors displayed vary between display devices, “DDD Sustainable Design Inc.” cannot guarantee that the colors visible on your display device correspond to the actual colors of the products.

“DDD Durable Design Inc.” reserves the right, without notice or obligation, to discontinue or modify the characteristics and prices of the products and services offered on this website.

3. Price
The prices displayed on the company sites “DDD Sustainable Design Inc.” are in Canadian dollars, before taxes and transport costs. The price is payable in full and in a single payment at the time of ordering. All orders are payable in Canadian dollars. The US dollar currency change option gives you an approximate in that currency, however, the transaction will be processed in Canadian dollars. “DDD Sustainable Design Inc.” reserves the right to modify its retail prices at any time and without notice.

4. Payment method
For orders placed on the company sites “DDD Durable Design Inc.” we use the Stripe payment gateway and accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards. Payment via Paypal is also accepted for these same cards.

5. Modification of terms and conditions
“DDD Sustainable Design Inc.” reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time and without notice.

Any modification to this DDD website, such as conditions of use, legal notice or otherwise, will take precedence over past indications. “DDD Sustainable Design Inc.” reserves the right to permanently cease or temporarily interrupt online activities relating to this website without notice.
