Quebec is the place of origin of a very great diversity of varieties of fruits and vegetables developed by the generations that preceded us. Nothing to do with the few varieties available in supermarkets. This third collection brings together varieties closely linked to the history of our province. Arriving from France with the settlers or developed by Quebec families, certain people perceived the inestimable value of these foods and shared them. Thanks to them, it is today possible to cultivate and taste this part of our heritage.
