Sarah Beaudoin founded Gibou in 2014, driven by a passion for knitting and a vision focused on sustainability. To meet growing demand, Sarah brought on board retired women who shared her passion for manual work. Since 2018, production has been local and continues to emphasize eco-friendly practices.
