Sarah Beaudoin founded Gibou in 2014, driven by a passion for knitting and a vision focused on sustainability. From the outset, the company committed to using recycled materials, including fur, and to valuing high-quality materials. To meet growing demand, Sarah brought on board retirees who shared her passion for handcrafts. Since 2018, production has been local and continues to emphasize eco-responsible practices.
