Urban Nutritionist

In 2014, Bernard Lavallée founded The Urban Nutritionist, first a blog, then the pseudonym by which we know him. Today, the company offers a range of food-related products that are good for your health and the planet, useful and designed with care.

Bernard has always been passionate about gardening. For him, the links between nutrition and growing vegetables and fruits in the vegetable garden are very clear. For this reason, in 2015, it began to develop products related to gardening which aimed to highlight the work of artisanal seed companies in Quebec.

The seeds offered in the boxes of The Urban Nutritionist come from an increasingly large network of exceptional seed companies who wish to preserve Quebec's food heritage.
