Quebec is the place of origin of a very wide variety of fruit and vegetable varieties developed by the generations that preceded us. Nothing to do with the few varieties available in supermarkets. This new Quebec Heritage collection brings together 4 ancestral varieties closely linked to the history of our province. Thanks to them, it is now possible to cultivate and taste this part of our heritage.
