Wild thyme is a honey-producing ground cover, fragrant and delicious in cooking and in herbal tea. It is perfect for replacing grass or for installing in drier areas of your yard, where it will expand over the years. It can be walked on without problem in addition to giving off a typical aromatic smell.

You can use wild thyme fresh or dried. It is excellent for treating coughs, colds and hoarse throats. It can also be macerated in honey and/or vinegar to flavor dishes. One of the most used and versatile aromatics.
