Clay balls are recognized for their drainage and aeration capacity.
Put clay balls directly at the bottom of your plant's pot so that water can easily slide between them when watering, and therefore be drained from the area where the roots are. A layer of 2 cm to 5 cm is enough.
They will protect the roots of your plants by preventing too much water from accumulating, and therefore promote good development. It is a hydroponic substrate with neutral pH.
