Sarah Beaudoin founded Gibou in 2014, with a passion for knitting and a vision focused on sustainability. From the beginning, the company was committed to using recycled materials, including fur, and to promoting noble materials. To meet growing demand, Sarah integrated retirees who shared her passion for manual work. Since 2018, production has been local and continues to emphasize eco-responsible practices.
