Sarah Beaudoin founded Gibou in 2014, driven by a passion for knitting and a vision focused on sustainability. From the outset, the company committed to using recycled materials, including fur, and to showcasing the value of fine materials. To meet growing demand, Sarah brought on board retired women who shared her passion for handcrafts. Since 2018, production has been local and continues to emphasize eco-responsible practices.
