Brady and Angela saw that only 9% of plastic is recycled, and they wanted to change that. They believe in the importance of reducing plastic use, and they also believe that improving its management and recycling is crucial. In 2019, they quit their jobs to create The Rogerie to address the growing problem of plastic pollution. They realized how inefficient the recycling system was and decided to use their technical and creative skills to address it. The Rogerie is not just a brand, but a pioneering project towards sustainable plastic management.
