Quebec is the place of origin of a very wide variety of fruit and vegetable varieties developed by the generations that preceded us. Nothing to do with the few varieties available in supermarkets. This first collection brings together 4 ancestral varieties closely linked to the history of our province. Thanks to them, it is now possible to cultivate and taste this part of our heritage.
